Delivery Information
All of our cakes, baskets and other gifts are assembled only
once they have been ordered. As such,
we will ensure that any gifts ordered before 10am will be
sent on the day of ordering with next day delivery.
Orders received by 2pm will be
ready to be sent out the next working day. Otherwise,
we will ensure that orders are dispatched within 48 hours.
We deliver to the Dublin maternity hospitals in person.
We cannot be responsible for delays outside of our
control owing to postal delays, strikes, or delays due to
misinformation relating to the shipping address.
Our delivery rates are for deliveries
within the Republic and Northern Ireland.
All orders that are processed apply the delivery
charges as below. If you choose to place your order
for an international delivery we reserve the right to
invoice you separately for additional shipping charges
should they apply. We will send the item once payment
has been received. For international deliveries please
contact us
for delivery charges and estimated delivery times.
Please note there is
no delivery
available on Saturday, Sunday or Bank
Holidays.

Delivery available in Dublin Only***
We are happy to deliver to
the following maternity hospitals within 24 hours of your
order and will try and facilitate same day delivery if
orders are placed before 12pm noon.

Returns Policy
If items are
received in damaged condition due to shipping, please
contact us within 5 days of receiving the
item. We will provide you with a return authorisation code
for exchanging the item. Returns will not be accepted
without a return authorisation code. Your replacement item
will be sent out to you immediately once we receive the
damaged item.
We take great care to ensure that
your items is packaged securely for delivery. However,
if any unused item fails to meet your expectations

* Are happy to accept any items
returned within 7 days, from date of delivery.
* Returned items may be either
exchanged or refunded.
* A full refund will be applied
after we have received the retuned item(s) in question.
* Shipping costs for sending
items out are non-refundable.
* Return postage is the
responsibility of the buyer.
* Baby Bouquets by Bluca will
not charge shipping costs again for replacement of damaged
items.

Product Exchange or
Substitution
If an 'ingredient' becomes unavailable, it
may be replaced by an alternative item of
equal or greater value.
You will be notified on the day that your
goods have been dispatched via e-mail if
this is how you placed your order or by
phone if you called in your order.
